Withdrawel symptoms and stabelising in windows and waves. The waves are very difficult to cope with. Has anyone survived this. It feels like i will never get better.

@Marina, I have horrible anxiety issues myself, which have been made much worse with tapering. Have you heard of Dr. Claire Weekes? She wrote a famous book called Hope and Help for Your Nerves. I recommend reading it. She suffered from anxiety and panic her whole life.

"Please taper very slowly. It’s the best way to get through it." — @MashaThis is so true! I'm tapering at a snail's pace, but it's the only way that allows me to get through it. I've tapered too fast in the past and almost didn't make it through, it was awful. Go as slow as you need to! 👍
