I am SO FRUSTRATED right now!! Everywhere I have looked so far either the clinician has no idea how to taper or the price for professional guidance is soooo out of my range! My current clinician had no idea there was even liquid available! I am literally using ChatGPT to help me calculate my reductions because I can't seem to find help anywhere. I've successfully tapered myself from 20 mg to 10 mg over the last 7 months, but I want to slow down because I know that each step closer to 0 needs to be smaller and smaller to reduce withdrawals. I watched one of Dr. Josef's videos and he says to go down .01 mL each day. Can someone PLEASE tell me if I'm correct... for me at my current 10 mg dose, that would be a 5 mg tablet and 4.99 mL liquid; then 5 mg tablet and 4.98 mL liquid and so on??? And on the syringe is that one tiny line at a time on the syringe?? I'm about to go to the pharmacist who fills my prescription and ask her, so I know what to tell the clinician so she can write the prescription correctly. All the medical "knowledge" and technology and I still have to do this on my own. So ridiculous.
