Okay, this is new for me. A little over a week. Not all the time. But I get these facial sensations that feel almost like a stinging or burning? It doesn’t last long. Usually 10-45 seconds. Has anyone experienced this?

I don’t get the burning but I do get what feels like pins n needles on different parts of my face, including my tongue. It makes me anxious but I reassure myself by confirming both sides are equal, there’s no face droop, etc. It’s definitely unsettling and I’m not sure if it’s positional or not.
