Another rough night with broken sleep. Terror thoughts, headache, Panadol assisted sleep. Had a better day than previously. Still decided to hold and not reinstate at this point
Haven’t updated for a while, had a good taper from 81-79, held for longer than normal decided to do 5% drop to 75, first 2 weeks no problem, 3rd week knocked me for 6 and been struggling since. Will be holding for at least 10 weeks, considering going back up a few beads…. Feeling very bad.
