11th Effexor Update - Feeling by Fair

Recovering well in 9th week of current dose. Will hold till at least end of June. Feeling fair. Been having bouts of dizziness, headache, and irritability.

Depends how I feel. I was doing 5% fortnightly until I hit the curve. Now it’s all determined on how I feel, current stresses. A rigid timeline is not feasible so the drips will be less and for longer. QOL is more important to me than suffering to get off.

After 18 months of tapering and probably 4+ more years to go I have a better understanding of the symptoms and what I need to do. Potentially I can’t get off which is ok as well, i will attempt ‘safely’ to get as far down as possible with my Business, my Health, my Mums Health and QOL the focus
