14th Effexor Update - Feeling Fair

Feeling fair. Been having bouts of headache, irritability, fatigue, and muscle aches. have been struggling taper since march, only able to do a bead at a time holding 4-6 weeks. is very frustrating as will take many years at this rate, have increased back pain, joint stiffness, Generally not enjoying life. Could be due to Winter as well

I'm only able to do a bead at a time too, you're not alone. In the end, we'll both be glad we took things slowly.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

I think I’m moving faster than a Bead, I’m actually at 58-64 beads with a weight of .072 so is more like 54% reduction from 37.5 since last October. Good reason to hold a few more weeks and get better Homiostasis
