PANIC ATTACKS

Hello here i am again. I have again panic attacks during a wave. Then the negative thoughts come again. I forget about all i learned and then it looks like it will never end. I need your support please.🙏

Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015

@Marina, I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with panic attacks. I've had them before and they can be very distressing. When was your last dose reduction? Have you been under extra stress lately? Please know you're not alone and you are safe. Although they feel scary, panic attacks always pass. It's just excess adrenaline, that's all. They can't harm you. Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 16.64 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg

It will end! You have my support - praying for you now! Our Lord says "do not fear!" so although your brain and body send you symptoms of fear (nervous feelings, trembling, racing heart, etc), decide now to obey our Lord and do not fear in your inner mind! Love and prayers! 🙏
