Is it really so complicated?

This group is so smart. Amazingly I can’t get my dr to answer this. See what I would love someone to answer for me; in coming off the 10mg Valium, (which I’m now after my first cut at 8.75), which has only been 2 months now. Do I calculate the 6 years of klonopin? Then the immediate switch to 6 weeks of Ativan? Or have I all ready withdrawn from that and now I’m doing the Valium? Does that make sense? I’m baffled that my second try at tapering through me for a giant loop. I know now that I must not go over 10% and I should wait until totally stable. 🌻🌻🌻
