Doctor recommendations for protracted withdrawal — online/international?

Has anyone found a doctor who actually understands protracted withdrawal? I came down from sertraline 75 mg to 8 mg over the spring — too fast, as it turned out — and I've been holding at 8 mg since May. Five months later I'm still getting waves. And on top of that, no doctor has recognised what this is. One told me it should have been over in two weeks and offered me therapy instead. Another listened for an hour and then had nothing to say. I've looked at the "find a clinician" list, but I can't tell who actually has withdrawal experience. I'd rather hear from someone who has sat in front of a doctor and thought, finally, this person gets it. I'm in Berlin but happy to do video appointments anywhere, and I can handle prescriptions through my own GP. Any country, any suggestion. Thanks for reading.
