Physical & Autonomic Symptoms: 7/10 Details & Notable Observations: In the evening, experienced urges to move fingers and toes for about 1 hour. but the urges passed. Neuropsychiatric Symptoms: 8/10 Details & Notable Observations: Woke up from a severe nightmare feeling a sense of psychosis (severity briefly hit 10/10 upon waking). Calmed down after processing and stabilized at an 8/10 for the rest of the day. Cognitive & Dissociative Symptoms: 8/10 Details & Notable Observations: Consistently bad as always; no major changes noted from the morning baseline. Insomnia & Sleep Quality: 3/10 Details & Notable Observations: Got 6-7 hours of sleep last night. Not very restorative due to the nightmare right before waking, but severity of insomnia remains lower This seems like a good way to log using gem lol.
