just another week passed by and I'm here. I’ve been dealing with a lot of disorientation feeling completely disconnected from my past self and baseline, yet strangely still able to carry an hours long conversation on the phone, only to realize afterward that I had completely lost track of time and my evening routine. Alongside that mental fog, my gut symptoms have noticeably shifted from feeling completely shut down to intense bloating that pushes up against my diaphragm, making expansive breathing tough, paired with new waves of nausea. It feels really confusing and contradictory to experience these sudden changes in my body and memory, and I'm wondering if anyone else has navigated shifts like this. To anyone reading this, thank you.
