What are symptoms of withdrawal vs normal aging?
****For those over 50 years

I believe these were the Years when I thought philosophically about how my body might age. (frankly, I was working so hard and enjoying it so much, that I didnt think too much about how my body might betray me)
Now, in my "baby" 80's, i wonder how many of the symptoms of SSRI withdrawal might really be a product of my age?
i've researched daily and often about our WD's.. I understandfully the correlation between the brain and the CNS (central nervous system). I have been able to pinpoint my insomnia as WD and address it with CBT-I, but what about hand tremors? With the very least bit of stress, my arms and hands shake.. At first I thought, "Well, of course your hands will shake, they TOO are connected to your CNS." then, today, asked Google, and it brought up much scarier answers..
So, my question:. Am I recovering or am I just aging?
In my life, have been on Prozac, Wellbutrin, Amytriptiline, Ambien, Seroquel, Zoloft, pamelor, Nortriptiline, Clonazepam, Suboxone (for insomnia), Effexor, Valium, Trazadone, Zanax, and Gabapentin. These, I remember.
