Yesterday i had a really bad day. But al the support i get here is a good help. Also all the info i got from Caitlin is helpfull. Thank you. I got a phonecall from my daughter and i was happy i could talk to her. She really believes in my process of getting stable. So i could believe again i will get better. I slept 7 h instead of 4h. Feel a bit better today.

Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015
