Third wave after dropping dose

A month ago I went from 12,5mg to 10 mg of Lexapro. After 5 days a wave started. For ten days i had a wave. Got a little bit better for 5 days then it got a little bit worse again. After 3 day it was better but now after 8 day it’s worse again. So this might be the third wave. Its the something that happens due to withdrawal or is it relapse is what i worry about. Are there members that recognise this?
