This is a great site with tools that really make a difference.
If you're not aware, you can log your dose and mood in the taper journal tool to track what's happening and identify patterns.
Below is mine for Mirtazapine.

Anyway, highlighted are my three attempts to stop. Note there's always a lag of at least a week before my mood and symptoms fall of a cliff.
It was only noticing what happened when I first tried to stop did I connect it with Mirtazapine withdrawal. If it wasn't for that, I would still be ignorant enough to be on a full dose right now.
After realising it was WD and I needed to taper, I reinstated at 3mg and tapered down to 0.6mg over 2 months, felt great and so I stopped again.
Note again the lag in my mood dropping and how things were more volatile the 2nd time, even after reinstating at 0.3mg.
I stabilised on 0.3mg over a few weeks, felt great and stopped again and as you can see there's a lag of around a week but then it really hit the fan with 5 weeks of severe WD.
I'm now back on 0.2mg for the last 4 weeks with symptoms painfully slowly stabilising.
I hope everyone on this site now sees the benefits of this very quick and easy to use tool.
