Thank you for your posts. The psychiatrist didn't admit the iatrogenic anhedonia and one year before the CT he started to prescribe me drug after drug after drug..., 70 rTMS sessions, 8 ketamin infusions and nothing worked. In March 2025 he CT-ed me from 160 mg Desipramine, 30 mg Viibryd and 600 mg Lithium in 6 days. At that time the horror started and lasts until now. As I was polydruged, he kept the 4th antipsychotic, Mirtazapine, that was on 35 mg. Now I am on 2,7 mg on it. My iatrogenic anhedonia started in February 2024. I have been for two years now in agony, no window, no light, morning terror and chemical anxiety, hot flashes, cortisol spikes, SI, awful anhedonia, dépression. I am not functional and cannot imagine how I was able to teach, to do my research, to give conferences... It is not me and I am so scared if I will return to myself. The doctor is absolutely unpleasant, he doesn't believe in PWD and wants to give me more drugs which I tefuse. Each minute is as an century, I don't have a motivation for nothing...
