I’m struggling.
Spoke to my IBD nurse about my colitis flare and she thinks it could be because of the Vortioxetine, and said that some ADs don’t work well with the gut.
This obviously sent me into a bit of a spiral cos it doesn’t feel like an option to just come off it and go onto something else. If I did a straight swap back onto citalopram would it likely cause even worse issues than I am already having?
I also had a call with my manager and HR starting the Ill health process at work, which made all my symptoms worse all day. The AM anxiety was tough and didn’t really go all day.
Just feeling defeated I think. Don’t know where to turn, but my only option is going back to the gp again and the best one is on leave now until December.
Has anyone had to stop and move to another AD quickly due to other health concerns despite already being in active withdrawal?
