has anyone ever went cold turkey off of Effexor for five months and reinstated back on a low dose for five months or longer and got better or when did you see any improvements.
Hi Shasha, 4 months cold turkey in 2016 but was reinstated. I'm 2 months out of a 4 month taper and it's really difficult. Experiencing "windows and waves"
