Question about updose

September 3, 2026··
Anyone feel worse before they felt better after an updose? Crashed doing a liquid microtaper, tried to hold but couldn’t tolerate withdrawal so updosed trying to stabilize. On Day 3 of updose, I finally slept through the night and had a really good day on Day 4. Today is Day 5 and I only slept two hours again and having the worst body aches and burning sensation plus head pressure. For those that updosed, when did you feel like you turned a corner?

Zoloft —50 mg to 15 mg — 8 years with a cold turkey and reinstatement in between— was liquid micro tapering, crashed at 14.275 mg and now holding at 15 mg.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Thank you Catina- today has been much better. I think my body is finally starting to stabilize on my updose/hold.
