Poop-out and withdrawal

Since yesterday, my wellbeing fells like Prozac is in its poop-out stage. I felt bad for a couple minutes, then noticed the mood strongly falling back to its old ways. In case it actually is poop-out, does it ever hinder your progress in tapering, or does it actually give a risk of worsening your symptoms?
Prozac — 40 mg — 6 months — holding | Zyprexa — 20 mg — 6 years — holding | Depakote — 600 mg — 8 months — **tapering** | Buspirone — 20 mg — 8 months — holding | with clinician

It's hard to know for sure exactly what's going on because you made a large reduction of the Prozac and then made a reduction of the Depakote. The effects of Prozac withdrawal can be delayed, and then you reduced another drug.
Hopefully some other members can provide their input!
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
