Personal Abilify taper plan 2026

So I came up with a strategy how to reduce dosage of Abilify before doing final Olanzapine taper. Been on 25mg Abilify for 9 years. Between reductions are 6 week hold periods 7 or more if needed. Tablets available 10mg and 15mg will split when needed.
21st March 2026 I went from 25mg to 20mg using pills 10+10mg.
Then 17.5mg reduction will follow on April 29th 2026 10+7.5mg
Then 15mg reduction will follow on June 10th 2026 15mg whole tablet
Then 12.5mg reduction will follow on July 22 2026 7.5mg+5mg
Then 10mg reduction will follow on September 2, 2026
At 10mg will dosage stay until its time for hyperbolic taper.
Will update on how things are going. So far much smoother than olanzapine thanks to its longer half life. Approximately I tapered Olanzapine the same way from 30mg till 7.5mg. This is my personal plan and not advice or guidance how to taper.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
