Currently fully stable. Done with abilify taper for few years to focus getting rid of this horrendous drug. Advanced plan is ready with proper holds and % variations. Slow and steady is the way to go. Might taper until 2031 roughly if all goes to plan. Final taper starts in September 2026. I hope it wont be hell. Will update constantly as the final journey starts. Stable, all good. Sometimes stressed and sad but nothing that normal human wouldnt feel. Compared to tapering Olanzapine this is walk in beautiful garden. Will see at week 3 but feeling just as well throughout taper from 25 to 10mg

Feeling mostly good. This is my final reduction of Abilify before preparing to taper Olanzapine again. Will update of how I feel in coming weeks.
From 25mg to 20 at the end of March now at 15mg since 21st April. Still holding couple more days before reducing to 10mg. No negative side effects other than those that are usual.
