Hey :) considering your GP said its ok a cardiological risk is probably cleared. If youre still unsure you can go to the emergency room and get it checked out! I dislocated my shoulder and found that hanging from a bar really helped stretch out the joint capsule. That would help if its a musculoskeletal cause

Here in Belgium you can't just go to emergency.
