Misled by a rapid taper

Who can share about a rapid taper and withdrawal that was misguided? I was on Paxil for 20 years and tapered off 50 mg to 0 by a provider in 5 weeks! I was told my symptoms were normal as I tried to switch to Lexapro. I reinstated Paxil 7 weeks ago. Still struggling. There’s so little guidance and knowledge in the medical field on this exact situation so finding good care has been really challenging.
