Losing weight

Yes, I had horrible nausea and loss of appetite early on in my taper. Have also had it off and on the whole way. There is an article in the resources regarding this ( sorry, don’t know how to attach it to my response ). I managed by drinking bone broth, eating crackers and toast when I could and staying hydrated with electrolytes when I couldn’t eat at all. It did stabilize and my weight has remained consistent over the past few months
