Had anyone managed to get liquid suspension paroxetin in uk. I cannot get below 5mg and think i need the suspension. Cutting and mixing myself is not accurate and not working for me

Im currently tapering off Mirtazapine currently at 0.2mg
Mirtazapine can be crushed between 2 spoons and after mixing well in water forms a suspension that can be used for micro dosing via a syringe.
Eg breaking a tablet in half to get 7.5mg, crushing it and mixing it with exactly 7.5ml of water gives me 1mg per ml from the syringe.
My point is, maybe the same can be done with Paxil?
