After the vacation with my wife I will start a keto diet. I’m almost certain it can and should lift off the dread WD is causing.
When we talk about WD symptoms we say “this is not the original condition this is WD” - but i believe it is the original condition brought back from withdrawal. So when we taper too fast and experience depression, certain non-drug interventions to treat that might also help with the WD-depression.
I’m crying every day. I am obsessively having anxiety about PSSD and my blank mind being permanent. On top of that I survived countless traumatic events (C-PTSD). So keto diet works for all of this three. I hope it will help me.

I hope it helps you! As a suggestion, you may want to ease into it instead of going hard-core all at once. It can be quite a change.
