How's your blood pressure, being on/off Effexor?

In for a penny, in for a pound .... tapering off Effexor. 😊 I read in my med. files that my systolic blood pressure can be qualified as: "elevated to borderline Stage 1 hypertension". I bought my own monitor to check it regularly, as a "white coat" has a tendency to increase it 😜 . But same hypertension when measured at home. There is data to suggest that E can influence your BP. Q: Anybody notice an increase in their BP on E? Taking extra medication for it? Did it go back down when coming off? Thanks!
