I am currently during a slow taper off of klonopin. Took antibiotics doxycycline and Bactrim for a severe infection from A Moh’s procedure for my nose.. developed tinnitus. Only have it when I try to sleep. It is a thumping noise . Driving me crazy. The minute I raise my head, it is gone. I already have insomnia but making my sleep Even worse. Went to an ENT the other day and my hearing was good and listened around my ears for blood flow and said. See you in a year! What have you all found to help with this condition. I have been on chat but no real answers there I think It maybe coming from My mouth or nose
