Hello everyone, I have been diagnosed with mental health conditions (complex post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety disorders and panic disorder) and I also have asthma, Crohn disease, Eagle syndrom and chronic fatigue. I have been victim of a lot of criminal acts in my life. I also have been victim of mistreatment and bad treatments in psychiatry and in the mental health industry. I take Paxil (40 mg) since 2011, Wellbutrin XL (150 mg) since 2021 and Ativan (1 mg) since 2023. I feel that those meds (also all the criminals acts that I was victim in my life) are a part of what causes me to have a dysregulated and dysfunctionnal nervous system. I feel imprisoned by those drugs. Also, I feel that my nervous system is imprisoned by those drugs. On the Inner Compass Iniative website, I am preparing myself to start a taper from those meds (one at a time). I will start by tapering of Wellbutrin XL, then Paxil and finally Ativan. I also take Pantoprazole 40 mg and I would like to eventually taper from it too. Thank you very much.
