i was on effexor for three years on 75mg and went cold turkey for about six months worst thing to do i know but i was not myself super low energy very deppresed and went back on a low dose of effxor before i was on low dose prozac for four months it made me feel worse so i had to get off of it but it has been a good six months since im a low dose effexor and im still deppresed maybe a little bit better then before and im really trying to live with motivation and be hopeful but its really hard.i know it was irresponsible of me and worst of all i got the meds from a telehealth service i know.I told my doctor and they said i just need sleep.Can anyone tell me it gets better its been a little over a year i dont want to up my dose because well at 75 i was not myself and there were some side effects.Im really tired and have done alot of reserach and i cant find anyone that has been in a similar situation.
