Self tapered from 75mg XR to 18.5 mg IR by quartering 75mg immediate release tablets. Have come to lowest dose possible with tablets. Now returning to extended release caps at 37.5mg. I don’t want to go back to 37.5mg even, it was way too hard to get where I am. Insurance won’t cover a compound pharmacy so can’t use that option too expensive. So intending to count beads. Does this really work? Any tips for counting and stuffing empty capsules? Thanks.
