Hi I'm Clara . Hard working postie struggling with back pain but wanting to come off tramodol that I've been taking for 20 years . I'm in more pain than ever . Tramodol helps me deal with the pain but pain is now worse than ever . I'd like to taper down Gradually . Would like advice on best s ales to help me .... and how to deal with withdrawal issues .

Hi @Clara! Welcome to Taper Community. I'm sorry you're still in pain despite the Tramadol. You can learn about Hyperbolic tapering in the Resources section. It's best to taper no more than 10% each month from the previous month's dose. The reductions will get smaller and smaller as time goes on.
