Hello, I tapered from over 15 years of Venlafaxine use over a period of 4 months. I am currently 2 months of no Venlafaxine use. I am having a rough time with the waves and windows process and was researching when I came upon this platform. I would appreciate some encouragement and support (tips/ideas) during my adjustment which I recently learned is not linear. Tjank you. I'm glad to be here.
