Question! How long to hold?

Hi Wolf, with a drop of 20% in one instance, rather than doing it 10% at a time, I would personally hold for a period of 3 months at the 20% lower dose. If doing it at 10% reduction, then I would be confident it could be made very safe at 2 months instead at each dose, which should be a lot less risk of withdrawal side effects too. However, it appears you have only been taking Prozac / Fluoxetine for 3 months in total is that correct? If so, you may be fine with the 20% reduction initially, it's also worth having some medication spare at the original dosage, so you also have the ability to go back up to the previous amount if side effects become too much. How are you sourcing the lower dosages, are you having the medication compounded, or is there a 40mg version available in Poland that you will switch to from 50mg? Also are you planning to fully come off the Prozac / Fluoxetine entirely as the end goal?

You did not understand my main worry. I've been stable for one month and worried it may be too short of a period to be stable before tapering. I plan to hold at 40 mg for a longer while, before deciding what do do with coming off entirely.
