Duloxotene liquid back to bead counting

I was on 60 down to 30 from my dr bad mistake,, i decided to weigh bead at 30 getting down to 20mgs,, the wiegh machine wasnt accurate so i did liquid formulation from compound pharmacy,, its made me worse,, i shake bottle to no end then draw up my 0.41mls,, this is concernig to me as i feel that bubbles are in it and i can get exact dose,, which is why im thinking its not right. I want to go back to bead counting from 20mgs down to end i realize under 10mgs it gets worse,,,so i want to know how to bead count myself with my husband,, and what i need to work out with my beads as i havent done it down to 20mgs,,, Please help
