Hi again Mujahid,
How are you sleeping typically?
A lot of how to address your problems is based on that. There seem to be primarily 2 different types (and many sub-types) of us that deal with psychological illness and associated WD - those having continuous, sleep disturbing anxiety and those having more depression, that often increases sleep, or at least it's not a critical symptom.
High anxiety definitely matures to fear and terror. If it subsides well before evening, the exhaustion may allow for profound sleep. But most of us fight with regular old insomnia, and fear based insomnia - 2 distinctly different types in my experience.
This article may explain your symptoms in a way that reduces the fear.

Start with telling yourself "I'm not afraid, or at least I choose to reject fear". Be and speak positive - YOUR WORDS HAVE POWER. Power to improve, but also to destroy. Choose positive.
Then most of what you experience are the physical feelings of the fear response, and they will end with your current wave.
Think about what you fear. We can discuss if you like. God doesn't want you to be afraid - that's the enemy!
