Anyone forgotten a dose, especially at the lower dose level?
So, I've been on a long hold (currently on week 9) after not reading the room and going too fast for a few months as I get down to the extra-challenging low doses. In the past week, while not 100% recovered, I was feeling some very positive signs of increasing stabilisation and nervous system improvement. But then I went and insert swear word here forgot my dose the night before last. I'd had a good, relaxing day - the jitters had eased off, and I was absorbed in telly when I suddenly started feeling strange and realised I'd missed my usual dose time by 90 mins. I took it immediately, of course, but by then, I could already feel the immediate impact it was having on my CNS, and now I feel like I'm back where I was a couple of weeks ago. If this had happened at a higher dose, I'd probably have gotten away with it, but at this low dose (0.12mg), where my nervous system is super sensitive to ANY change, however minute, and also seems to be increasingly sensitive to the drug itself, I'm clearly going to pay a price. I'm a bit gutted, but obviously just have to accept and work with it as it's done now. And yes, I'm setting an alarm henceforth.
Has anyone else at the lower end had this kind of mishap, and if so, how long did it take to gain your hard-won ground back?
