Anyone deal with low mood that just feels overwhelming?

Yes, I am dealing with it today. I'm grieving and I'm exhausted and I have no interest in tidying the house or going to the gym or looking after myself. I'm depressed but I know the things I'm going through it's a normal reaction. Tomorrow is another day. Clouds pass by and the sun shines again. I'm just letting myself feel this way and not being hard on myself for it. When I'm ready the house will be blitzed clean and my trainers will go back on my feet and I'll head to the gym. But today it's ok to feel this way. I hope this helps you know that you're not alone 🫂 🌤️

I’m super nervous. I’m recovering from a failed rapid taper. I reinstated Paxil six weeks ago. 3 weeks on trazadone for sleep. Turns out as a slow metabolizer this can cause a heavy low mood. This came out of nowhere about a week ago

Ok, I don't know anything about those medicines. But I have had an experience of taking a tablet that made me feel very sad and I couldn't do anything at all. Your experience at the moment won't last, it will stop and you will feel better again I promise. Is there anything you can do for comfort today. Can you cosy yourself on the sofa and watch something light hearted. I like watching Jonna Jinton on YouTube sometimes, she's lovely. Make yourself a cosy drink. Or message someone you know to help you.
