9th Paxil Update - Feeling Bad

I feel like I am constantly anxious or depressed and emotional. Too much serotonin makes me agitated and waves make me depressed. My body aches are back again.

I‘m sorry you are having such a hard time Lost Summer. These feelings can take a while to subside, i myself have been dealing with this too in withdrawl, also in times of holsing and stabilisation. A little Walking and activating the system, seeing nature can help sometimes, but i know this might be hard for you right now. My social media use does also put me in loops of harsh feelings, so i try to get the phone away from time to time (if thats an issue for you). All i can say is stay strong! Magnesium Threonate had calming effects on me over the day, aswell as Melatonin when i have a hard time sleeping. I really wish you to feel better soon! 🫂❤️🩹💪
