9th Cymbalta Update - Feeling Very bad

Feeling very bad. Been having bouts of depression, crying spells, anxiety, depersonalization, emotional blunting, rage, and irritability. Cant take it for much longer,,, im on 20mgs cant feel any worse with this Dysphoria everyday, pacing, not knowing what to do,,, i feel like completley getting off it as i have a long road to the end,,, i cant take it anymore,,,
