9th Cymbalta Update - Feeling Bad
July 15, 2026··
Feeling bad. Been having bouts of anxiety, tinnitus, and depersonalization.
Unfortunately, today has been a little worse again.
My sleep was okay, and I was able to get up reasonably well. The anxiety was there this morning, and around midday I had a peak that lasted about 30 minutes. It was very unpleasant.
I still don't know where my stable dose is. I suspect it may be somewhere between 13.5 mg and 15 mg, but I don't want to rush anything. I'm going to watch the trend for a few more days before making any decisions.
The anxiety is really awful. It comes with a much lower tolerance for stress, which is especially frustrating at work.
I'm paying close attention to my breathing and using it as a tool to help stabilize myself.
Despite everything, I'm staying optimistic. I'm so grateful that I found this community. It gives me guidance, reminds me that I'm not alone in this, and finally gives me a place to share my experiences while continuing to learn and better understand what's happening. 🫶
