8th Depakote Update - Feeling Poor

7th day and what I believe is withdrawal hit me. There's bad mood and a little bit trouble falling asleep. I definitely expect this to go on for a couple of days. No other worrying symptoms.

Yes, that was withdrawal 100% sure. There is a pattern with my quick tapers which means every time I do a quick taper I get 30 minutes of very poor wellbeing at the time withdrawal is most likely to hit hardest.
