Another rough night with broken sleep. Terror thoughts, headache, Panadol assisted sleep. Had a better day than previously. Still decided to hold and not reinstate at this point

Hey Jeremy! Welcome back. Happy youre headed in the right direction. A common guideline is to wait until symptoms are under a 4-5 out of 10 before doing the next cut. Looking forward to hearing about your next cut :)

Yeah I have a system that I assess and rate my symptoms. Might be 30-40 symptoms and the total score needs to be below 15. I’ve been tapering hard for 6months and with winter now here in Australia I’ll be sitting on this dose for a while at least till end of June

Yeah, the rough nights while tapering are aweful. I‘m glad it‘s better than yesterday and you are locked in to tapering systematically. Sometimes holding phases to cement the gains are very useful, esp when Winter environment is an issue for you (as it is for me). Wishing you a fast recovery! 💪👍

I got the assessment form from SA site. I rate myself the opposite to your scale 2/10 is good 8/10 is extreme symptoms. My first few ratings were over 60 to give me a guide, Next time was around 25 then I’ve hit numbers like 11,12,10 so I decided to readjust my ideal symptoms for tapering to below 15.(no possibly 10 or less) However that’s MY assessment, I also discuss with my wife how she thinks I’ve been and if she agrees on myself rating or if I’ve missed something, my stability and her opinion weighs a lot in my decision making
