4th Day on 1.25 Lexapro -- Persistent Brain Fog

June 16, 2026··
Brain fog is strong and persistent. I literally can't do any activities besides cooking and helping my mom with the dishes. The rest of my day I'm spending it on my computer or phone -- in bed. I'm doing OMAD for breakfast prior to my pill so as to reduce symptoms. Things were a little better than yesterday, I'm not as irritable. I can't wait till I'm off medicine though. I want mental energy, mental clarity, access to memories and to the present 24/7.

That's simply highly cumbersome whenever I get such stuff.

Prozac — 40 mg — 6 months — holding | Zyprexa — 20 mg — 6 years — holding | Depakote — 600 mg — 8 months — **tapering** | Buspirone — 20 mg — 8 months — holding | with clinician

Maybe magnesium or fish oil or something else could ease it a tiny bit?

Certainly felt as I was wasting huge amounts of time as well during my battle with withdrawal. So can relate to that.

yes, I take magnesium chloride and it's helping.

I wouldn't call it wasting if your brain needed to heal.
