3rd update

Halted tapering. Severe teary outbursts/ insomnia & awful grief after Mum's death. Although her funeral was in March, I've been in 3 hospitals since then. The loss of her is huge. She was told when I was 3 mths in the womb Daddy had cancer. He died when I was 2. Mum helped me through 31 yrs of medical misdiagnosis of major depression. I have no energy & each day is empty - no job, friends dropped off, no motivation & money worries. Spoke to a grief counsellor today. Helped a bit. Not right time to do more tapering.
