3rd Lexapro Update - Feeling Bad

Feeling bad. Been having bouts of anxiety, crying spells, fatigue, and tinnitus. I drove to my dads place for fathers day. About 5 hours of driving for the day. I was absolutely wrecked the next day. Blood pressure and glucose high. Naturopath reassured me this is probably stress.

I'm so sorry! Yes, stress is probably one of the biggest hurdles on this journey. I hope you're able to get some rest now.
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
