2nd Zyprexa Update - Feeling Ready To Reduce until 5mg with Water Taper for now

All good so far. Having plenty of sleep. It's just that I wake up mid night but fall asleep almost right away. Not feeling rested next day which sucks. Reduced from 7.5mg to 6.7mg on 5th of September

Two weeks on that cut and the main issue is interrupted sleep, that tracks pretty well with what a lot of people see. The falling back asleep quickly is a good sign, it means the disruption is mild.
