2nd Cymbalta Update - Feeling Bad

Feeling bad. Been having bouts of anxiety, headache, irritability, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, and sweating.

With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.

I started on 60 mg on October 4, 2022. So the last cut was at the end of may? Still not fully stabilized i see. If you feel really poor you could choose to reinstate, or see how things go and wait for the wave to pass. Usually the general rule of thumb in the maudsley deprescribing guidelines is like if youre feeling 1-3 or 1-4 out of 10 then reinstating is an option. The choice is yours!

Yes, that's right—at the end of May. Around New Year's, I had to increase my dose again because I was feeling so unwell. At the end of May, I thought I could reduce it again because I had been in a window for eight weeks. Unfortunately, about a week ago, I was hit by a strong wave.
