I started on 60 mg on October 4, 2022.
A few years earlier, I had also spent several periods on 90 mg and 120 mg for a few months at a time.

So the last cut was at the end of may? Still not fully stabilized i see. If you feel really poor you could choose to reinstate, or see how things go and wait for the wave to pass. Usually the general rule of thumb in the maudsley deprescribing guidelines is like if youre feeling 1-3 or 1-4 out of 10 then reinstating is an option. The choice is yours!

Around New Year's, I had to increase my dose again because I was feeling so unwell. At the end of May, I thought I could reduce it again because I had been in a window for eight weeks. Unfortunately, about a week ago, I was hit by a strong wave.
