Feeling bad. Been having bouts of dizziness, insomnia, irritability, fatigue, gi upset, and appetite changes.

Hi Cat, With that many withdrawal symptoms, your taper is probably going too fast. This is how I tapered about 3.5 years ago:

58 mg – remove 12 beads (March 12, 2023)
57 mg – remove 18 beads (March 27, 2023)
56 mg – remove 24 beads (April 2, 2023)
55 mg – remove 30 beads (April 8, 2023)

I suspect you may need to slow your taper down.

Cymbalta — 15mg(12mg) — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.
