With that many withdrawal symptoms, your taper is probably going too fast.
This is how I tapered about 3.5 years ago:
- 58 mg – remove 12 beads (March 12, 2023)
- 57 mg – remove 18 beads (March 27, 2023)
- 56 mg – remove 24 beads (April 2, 2023)
- 55 mg – remove 30 beads (April 8, 2023)
I suspect you may need to slow your taper down.
Cymbalta — 20mg(12mg) — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.
